(BPFFL) sister concern of MGI engaged in the agro type business i.e, to produce pellet and mesh feed for poultry, fish (Sinking & Floating), and cattle feed under the brand name of “Biswas Feed” BPFFL was incorporated on December 18, 2002, under the Companies Act, 1994 as a private limited company with paid-up capital stood at Tk. 85.24 million against authorized capital of Tk.100.00 million as of June 30, 2017
