With U.S. soybeans being a critical part of the feed mix for poultry and aquaculture producers, this step sets the stage for building a resilient, reliable, and high-quality supply chain for Bangladesh. The signing ceremony took place at the Sheraton Hotel in Dhaka, in the presence of senior officials from both organizations. On behalf of Bangladesh's industry, Mahbub Group of Industries Ltd., are extend their Letter of Intent (LOI) to purchase U.S. soybeans and U.S. soybean meal, represented by the U.S. Soybean Export Council (USSEC).

BJMC Leases out Industrial Property to Biswas Poultry and Fish Feeds Ltd
On 16 June 2025, a formal lease agreement was signed between Bangladesh Jute Mills Corporation (BJMC) and Biswas Poultry and Fish Feeds Ltd. for the lease of The Crescent Jute Mills Co. Ltd., located at Khalishpur, Khulna.
